1. About the Platform
I💚Giveaway is a platform for skill-based promotional competitions where participants can win real money prizes paid through automatic bank transfer. By accessing or using I💚Giveaway you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You must have a valid Nigerian bank account to receive prizes. By playing you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator you agree to: fund your giveaway in full before publishing the player link · set quiz questions that are educational and publicly researchable · not run giveaways promoting illegal products or services · not misrepresent prize amounts · accept that the 10% platform fee is non-refundable once winners have been paid.
4. Player Responsibilities
As a player you agree to: provide accurate bank account details when claiming a prize · not use bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantage · accept that game outcomes are final and determined server-side · not attempt to claim prizes fraudulently.
5. Platform Fees
I💚Giveaway charges a 10% platform fee per winner, deducted from each winner's prize share before transfer. The minimum prize is ₦1,000 per winner. Paystack processing fees on deposits and transfers are absorbed by the platform.
6. Refund Policy
Creators may cancel a giveaway before winners are found and receive a full refund minus Paystack processing fees. Once a winner has been paid, that portion is non-refundable. Technical errors on our part result in a full refund within 5–7 business days.
7. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited: pure gambling or lottery giveaways · prizes involving alcohol, tobacco, weapons or illegal substances · giveaways designed to harvest personal data · multiple accounts to increase winning chances · any activity violating Nigerian law.
8. Limitation of Liability
iLoveGiveaway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by Paystack or banking partners beyond our control.

From Players: Bank account number and bank name (winners only, collected after winning) · Device fingerprint to prevent multiple entries · IP address · Game interaction data for replay. We do NOT collect your name, email or phone number unless you win.
3. How We Use Your Data
To process giveaway payments and transfer prizes · To verify creator identity via Paystack · To prevent fraud and multiple entries · To display the game replay on the ended page · To comply with Nigerian financial regulations. We never sell your data. Ever.
4. Data Sharing
Paystack — for payment processing only. Cloud hosting providers — for secure data storage. No advertising networks. No data brokers. No sales to third parties under any circumstances.
5. Winner Bank Details
Account numbers are encrypted at rest and in transit. Not stored beyond 90 days after the giveaway ends. Masked on ended pages (e.g. ****4521) — full account numbers are never publicly displayed.

Choose flags players have a realistic chance of identifying. Major African nations and well-known world flags work best. Avoid extremely obscure flags — this creates dead giveaways with zero winners, which reflects badly on you.
Prohibited Giveaways
Not allowed: promoting illegal products or services · harvesting personal data from players · political campaign giveaways · giveaways tied to purchase requirements · anything designed to deceive players about the prize.
